Housing Related Support

If you need advice and help with housing-related difficulties to make sure you can continue living in your own home, there are many support agencies who can help you via floating support service. 

These services include help with understanding complicated official forms, support with claiming housing benefits and grants, help with skills to live independently, managing relationships with neighbours and help to contact other services.

Norfolk

A free service for people over 16 who need support to secure or maintain accommodation and independence is provided by Stonham HomeStay

Together

Together for Mental Wellbeing provides a floating support service for people who have mental health problems and need housing related support. The service is free for people without a personal budget. If you get a personal budget a charge will be taken from in in line with the Council's charging policy. The service is available for up to two years but can be provided for longer for people with complex needs who need intensive support.
