Due to the continued impact of Coronavirus, we are prioritising emergencies and services for the vulnerable.

As a result it may take us longer than usual to answer customer enquiries and complaints. We will continue to keep you updated when we can, however we may not be able to meet the timescales set out in our service standards.

An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm  to you, another person or to your property.

If your repair is an emergency, please call our Customer Service Centre on 01772 667075.

We will be asking additional questions to make sure we safeguard you and our colleagues before arranging a repair.

Please note: We are not able to book in repairs that are not an emergency. We will let you know when we are able to restart our normal repair service.

Our website will also have the latest service updates.

Please be aware that gas safety checks will continue wherever possible.

Once our normal service delivery is resumed, this online feature will be made available again.

Register for our online services at http://my.cotman-housing.org.uk/ to report repairs, queries and make payments.

 

You can report routine repairs and make payments 24/7 on our website. You can also make a secure automated payment by calling our service number and selecting the payment option.  (You will need to have your Payment Reference number available to complete your payment).

You can also submit an enquiry via your online account and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
