Due to the impact of the coronavirus outbreak we are responding to requests for emergency repairs only.

An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.

If your repair is an emergency, please call our Customer Service Centre on 01772 667075.

We will be asking additional questions to make sure we safeguard you and our colleagues before arranging a repair.

Please note: We are not able to book in repairs that are not an emergency. We will let you know when we are able to restart our normal repair service.

Our website will also have the latest service updates.

Please be aware that gas safety checks will continue wherever possible.

Once our normal service delivery is resumed, this online feature will be made available again.

The easiest way to report a repair is by registering with our new online services. It is quick and easy to register and you can get starter by visiting https://my.cotman-housing.org.uk/

If you rent a home

Sign in to your online account to report a repair.

Give as much detail as you can. This will help us to plan your repair more quickly.
 

Once you've logged a repair online

Your repair will be passed to our contractor who will contact you to arrange an appointment.
 

If it's an emergency

Don't report emergencies online - like burst pipes or gas leaks. Telephone us immediately on 01772 667075 (calls from a mobile are charged at your usual tariff so will be free if you have free minutes and are within your allowance).
